Dave has over twenty-seven years of experience in the securities and investment industry primarily focused on Commercial Real Estate investments and other Alternative Investments. He has expertise in 1031 Exchanges, Opportunity Zones, and other direct investment real estate funds and offerings including Delaware Statutory Trusts. He previously worked for industry leading commercial real estate investment firms Cantor Fitzgerald and NexPoint Securities.
Dave is a graduate of Harvard University (BA) and the University of Pittsburgh (MBA). He holds a Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses as well as the Life Insurance/Annuity license. Dave lives in Ocean Ridge, Florida is married (Adele) and has three children (George, Heidi, Maggie).
